If you do need to cancel or change your appointments, we ask that you could do this within a 48 hour period. Anything canceled after could be charged a cancellation fee up to 50% of your service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment you could be charged a cancellation fee. We understand life situations happen, so please reach out to your provider to prevent any charges.
We know that unexpected things happen, if you arrive more than 15 mins past your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you or reschedule you for another time. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments that day. If you are running late, please give us a heads up .
For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we will exchange or provide credit within 7 days.
If you are unhappy with your services, please reach out to your provider within one week of your service date. We do not guarantee a refund for your service, but will offer solutions to make you happy. We'll do everything we can to get you to a better place towards your goals and make adjustments to go in a different direction. We are here to work with you!
